Familiar territory doesn’t leave a lot of room for misadventure, but take away the comfort of the familiar and it creates a whole new game. This is exactly why we decided to hit the road in search of new adventures in unfamiliar places. What spells misadventure more than setting out on the open road with only a slight idea of where you want it to take you. The travel planning was kept to a minimum, with only a general idea of places we wanted to hit along the way.
Starting out in Colorado, at the beginning of July, the Misadventure Tour will be traveling North up the Continental Divide hitting every mountain, canyon, river and taco joint along the way until we hit Whistler, British Columbia for Crankworx Mountain Bike Festival. After we have ridden as much single track as we can handle we will start to make our way back into The States and down the West Coast for fall. Once the chillier months start to settle in you will find us chasing the sunshine and warmer temps all the way down the Baja of Mexico. We always love meeting up with fellow Misadventurers so if you see us in your area don’t be scared to send us a message or throw a beer at the van to get our attention!
Who doesn’t love to get local secrets on the best trails and camping spots? We’re always looking for some good insider knowledge, not to mention willing to trade icy cold beer for them. If you’ve got any spots we can not miss shoot us a message on here or our social media sites. We are pretty good at keeping secrets!
